WHAT ARE AMAZON LOCKERS?
Amazon Lockers are self-service kiosks where Amazon customers can receive or return Amazon stuff. Customers can select a Locker and collect your parcel or drop off a return item at a time that’s convenient for you.
HOW TO USE YOUR AMAZON LOCKER?
Firstly, you need to add the Amazon Locker to your Amazon address book. This is really important. Manually changing the delivery address for your parcel will not work – you won’t get your order.
Select the Locker from your address book at checkout to have your parcels delivered to the Locker – as you would a home address. You can even use Amazon Lockers to return your stuff – just select ‘return from this address’ as part of the returns process and drop your parcel off.
Once the parcel is delivered to your chosen Amazon Locker, you will receive an e-mail with a unique pickup code and barcode. Upon arrival at the Locker, either enter the pickup code or scan the barcode to retrieve your package.
Once delivered you have three days to collect your package, after which time it will be returned, and you will receive a full refund.
Just remember, all items must be within the size (42cmx35cmx32cm) and weight (4.5kg) restrictions and 3rd party/marketplace items cannot be delivered to a Locker at the moment, but we are working on it).
