We offer all the expected amenities, such as accessible toilets and baby changing facilities, along with seating throughout. We also have a Photo-Me booth, In-post locker, and Amazon pick-up point.
Toilets
Accessible toilet and baby change facilities are located on the ground floor of Northgate Mall, between TGJones and Parisia. They can be accessed via lift or stairs.
Our facilities are regularly checked for cleanliness and we aim to maintain a high standard. Please inform a team member if you require assistance.
ATM
The closest ATM can be found outside Tesco Express, near our Tubwell Row entrance. Most of our stores accept multiple payment options such as cash, credit, debit, contactless, Apple Pay, and Android Pay for your convenience.
Events
Join us during school holidays and special dates, like Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, for FREE EVENTS!

First Aid
Every one of our Centre’s staff team is fully trained in First aid. If you experience problems during your shopping trip or feel you need assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask a member of centre staff – or at any retailer counter.
Lost Children
If you have lost your child while shopping, please do not panic. Ask a member of our staff or any retailer for assistance, or call 01325369111.
Sensory Fidget Bags
To help make shopping trips easier and more comfortable, we have sensory fidget bags available within the centre. These bags were kindly donated by Kane’s World.
Next time you visit, speak to a member of security or the cleaning team and they will provide you with a bag for you to use whilst you explore the shops.
Changing Places
This facility is dedicated for disabled people; in particular, people with profound disabilities who require a hoist and changing plinth, as well as a toilet and shower. This facility will allow disabled people, their family and carers to be confident that trips out should not be cut short because of a lack of a dedicated changing facility.
This Changing Place Toilet is located on the ground floor of Northgate Mall. The facility must be used with a carer when using the hoist and changing plinth. Carers must be fully trained in the use of the hoist and bring their own sling.

Faith Rooms
We have a selection of Faith rooms in the centre that are available to book through Faithful. Faithful connects local faith communities with vacant commercial spaces, offering free, safe and accessible venues for prayer, worship and faith-based activities. We support community connection and inclusion by making vacant units available for religious use, helping faith groups and local communities thrive.
